Our Self Check-In enables a straightforward, contactless arrival, including outside reception hours. Information about your room, access to the castle and the key safe is sent automatically by email and SMS on the day of arrival.
Reserve your room
Select your arrival and departure dates and number of guests, review the available rooms and complete your booking. You can add extras such as private wellness or special arrangements.
Receive your information
If you have not arrived by the end of reception hours, we automatically send all relevant details, including the code for the key safe outside the main gate and directions to your room. We can also arrange Self Check-In during reception hours on request.

Use the code to collect your key and follow the instructions provided. Please complete the legally required guest-registration form.
